Harbor of Praise provides complimentary access to all audio and written content on this website for private, non-commercial use only. All content is protected from unauthorized commercial use and may not be sold, licensed, marketed, or otherwise distributed for profit under any circumstances.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Sites, Services, or Content may be copied, reproduced, hosted, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way, nor may it be sold, licensed, or distributed to third parties without Harbor of Praise's express prior written consent.

Whether you submit prayer requests, connect with our ministry, or access our daily devotional programming, your information will not be shared with any external party or organization.

Harbor of Praise is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your email address. We respect the trust you place in Harbor of Praise Gospel Radio, Harbor of Praise Kids Radio, and Live365, and we will not sell or disclose your email address to third parties without your prior consent.
By submitting music or other content, including photographs, videos, artwork, text, or logos, to Harbor of Praise (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that:
- Ownership: You are the sole creator and owner of Your Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions from applicable third parties to permit Harbor of Praise to use Your Content in accordance with these terms.
- Non-Infringement: Your Content does not infringe upon or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any individual or entity.
- No AI-Generated Content: You are not submitting any music or content that has been generated, composed, or created, in whole or in part, through the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools or models.
- Lawful Content: Your Content is not defamatory, libelous, derogatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
- Submission Standards: Your song(s) contain clean lyrics and communicate an uplifting, Christ-centered message.
Automated 24/7 Rotation (Waiver of Royalties): Artists agree to waive airplay royalties for standard automated station rotation. In exchange, Harbor of Praise provides radio promotion at no cost. Artists are also encouraged to support and promote the radio station as a gesture of goodwill.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Harbor of Praise, Harbor of Praise Kids’ Radio, and Praise 365 Gospel Radio from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to Your Content or any breach of these representations and warranties.

Harbor of Praise makes no assurances regarding the reliability or uninterrupted availability of the sites or services, nor does it guarantee the correction of any defects or specific outcomes resulting from your use of the sites and services. The content, services, and features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with all information subject to change without prior notice.
